1. Eligibility for Returns
– Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original packaging with tags.
– Final sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible.

2. How to Start a Return

– Provide your order number and reason for return.
– We will send return instructions.

3. Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
– Use a trackable service.

4. Refunds
– Inspected items will be refunded within 5–10 business days to original payment method.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
– Available for size or style changes, subject to stock.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
– Contact us immediately with photos for replacement or refund.
